We’ve already done a little write-up of the new Gravitonas single a couple of weeks back, when the recording of the first live performance of it emerged online. However, we felt that it needed discussing again. Firstly because a much better quality recording of the performance is now online and in need of a jolly good viewing. And secondly, even more excitingly, the video to the song is now online too.
‘Lucky Star’s video premiered this morning, and given the history of Gravitonas videos and their tendency to be highly compelling pieces of pop documentation, this was very much an event! It’s another dark and thrilling ode to the occult. With Sirs Alexander and Andreas nonchalantly observing some weird and wonderful witchcraft being cast around them. Yet again, Alexander takes the form of some sort of high priest of prestigitation, with Andreas taking the role of magic’s martyr.
It’s SO Gravitonas.
You can see the video to ‘Lucky Star’, and the better quality recording of the recent performance below. And you can find the song to purchase on iTunes wherever you are in the world right now – ‘cos that’s how they roll.
