We wrote about the welcome return of Anne-Lie Rydé earlier in the week. And now you can hear the first single online! You can listen to ’Du Har Gjort Min Gråa Värld Till Guld Igen’ (translated as; you have turned by grey world to gold again) by clicking on this link. It’s released in Sweden right now, ahead of her September album of dansband covers.
The song is a jaunty little number. Old fashioned of course, but oh so much fun with it. The middle eight is particularly blissful, and is followed by a key change and a final chorus in which Anne-Lie is clearly very much in the ‘Guld’ stage of her world again, as opposed to the ‘Gråa’!
