Star Pilots are BACK! They release new single ‘Heaven Can Wait’ in Sweden tomorrow.
It’s another 80’s tinged dance track from them, much like ‘I’m Alive’ which they released this time last year, and their previous singles with Johan Becker, ‘In The Heat Of The Night’, ‘Higher’, and ‘The One And Only’. It’s a modern dance production, with a vocal topline that sounds like it could have come from an American soft rock anthem from the 80’s. The chorus has got a hugeness to it that almost separates it from the rest of the song. And there’s an almighty key change at the end.
In other words, it’s ALL you would want from a new Star Pilots single. God bless these guys and their penchant with blessing us with one fantastic new song every year! See you next January, Gents. Although if you want to visit before then, we won’t mind.
