Swedish singer Saga Ludvigsson rose to prominence recently thanks in part to a particularly show-stopping performance of ‘Jolene’ on Idol Sverige. During the most recent series of the TV talent show, the artist made it all the way to the final, finishing in second place. Now she’s out with her first single since that great experience, and it’s awesome to hear that she’s channeling that ‘Jolene’ magic and has hooked up with some of Sweden’s absolute best at doing the country-pop genre to pen ‘Hercules’. The song was written by Anna Bergendahl, Jimmy Jansson and Fredrik Sonefors – and with that calibre of writers behind her, it’s no wonder we’ve got such a top-tier bop on our hands.
