We’ve fallen hard for this song which was recently sent to us. ‘Running If You Call My Name’ is the new single from Swedish producer Modesty, who has recruited fellow Swede Winter on singing and writing duties. It’s a hugely special synthpop track in that it manages to lift the spirits of the listener via an anthemic production, and then make them come crashing down again via the lyrics and Winter’s fragile delivery. That middle eight in particular is a total heart breaker.
