Death Team?! What’s all that about then?! Don’t be misguided by the name. Death Team aren’t what you think they are. And we haven’t gone to The Other Side, don’t worry. They’re a Swedish duo who have just released a song which is RIGHT up out street. ‘Dolphin Style’.
What’s it like? A sugary pop treat that’s brilliantly catchy and shamelessly fun. That chorus riff would be just TOO MUCH if we weren’t as insatiable for great melodies as we are.
Is it their first release? It’s not. It’s their third. Previous single ‘Fucking Bitches in the Hood’ was quite big for them in Sweden earlier on in the year.
And what to the band themselves say about it all? “We think of ourselves as a cross between Abba and Eminem”. So there you have it.
