Swedish pop gent Danny Rossing hs returned this week with his brand new single. It’s ‘Remember’ – his second, after last year’s ‘Terrified’.
It’s a summer flavoured pop track that somehow manages to blur the lines between acoustic guitar stylings and Eurodance beats. That ends up being an accomplished sound which it turns out we love. All good.
Best bit is undoubtedly the middle eight. It starts off as a brill ballad bit, and then turns into a spazzed-out Spanish guitar section thing. We don’t know where it came from, but we’re glad it did.
And if you remember his first single ‘Terrified’, you’ll remember that the middle eight was the best part of that song too. Could amazing middle eights be his ‘thing’ henceforth?! That would be quite something, wouldn’t it? Something to think about there, Danny.
