Her new single? We do like how reliable Norwegian popstress Carina Dahl is when it comes to releasing singles. Very efficient. And this weekend she dropped her new one – ‘(Come a Little) Closer)’.
What’s it like? It sounds like a cross between an r&b ballad and a synth-pop track. Which obviously results in a hugely interesting production to get your head around. At its heart though, it’s a pop song. Only swaying towards the alternative for its middle eight.
Written by? Elias Kapari, David Hedvall, Thomas Felberg, and none other than Lise Karlsnes herself!
More music from Carina? Well we’ve noticed that Carina Dahl does this thing with every single release. Basically, when she releases a new single, she tacks all of her previous singles onto it and makes a whole new album! It sort of makes a lot of sense, because it probably results in a lot more streams of her songs when people go in to listen to her new one. We always end up listening to most of them every time. And by now, she’s up to a 10 track opus – which you can stream below the video.
