Yes, that handsome gentleman on the right is none other than Søren Rasted of Danish superstars Aqua! We had no idea he was in another band (aside from the Lazyboy Project a few years back), but apparently they’ve been going since 2007. Katy on the scandipop forum alerted us to them only this morning, so we’ve been trawling through their back catalogue and their (very stylish) videos.
The band are called Hej Matematik. There’s a lot to investigate, so if you’re interested in finding out more, we’d suggest you look at this pretty comprehensive fan site.
But for now, here is their latest single ‘LegendeBørn’. Oh, and the other fellow in the band with him, is Søren’s nephew Nicolaj Rasted!
