Today, Darin released his brand new single ‘Playing With Fire’ all across Scandinavia. It’s the first single to be taken from his long awaited sixth album ‘Exit’, which is out on January 30th.
After a couple of promising teasers released throughout the week, we had an excited inkling as to how good it was gonna be. But the full song’s magnitude of amazingnessness still managed to take us by surprise when we heard it this morning. For the purpose of a comparison, it’s like his own ‘Breathing Your Love’ crossed with Justin Timberlake’s ‘Sexyback’, with a 2013 tailored gloss over the top. Classic Darin. And perhaps the song that everyone really wanted Justin Timberlake himself to come back with this week….
