What’s this? Norwegian starlet Adelén has roped in Columbian duo Kapla y Miky on her new single ‘Beat’, the music vid for which she has released today.
What does Adelén say? “It felt right to go all in Latin on this song, as both me and the producer are Spanish speaking and have a close relationship to latin music.The day we wrote it, we felt like bringing the summer into our studio in Stockholm! ‘Beat’ is straight up reggeaton.”
What does Scandipop say? We know we’ll still be humming this beat-beat-beat-beat-beat-beat long after the summer has ended, thanks largely to her insistence on the fine art of repeat-peat-peat-peat-peat.
