It’s a brand new single from Sonja Alden!
‘Ljusa Ögonblick’ not the strongest thing she’s ever done, and it’s not the huge power ballad that we want from her either. Instead, it’s quite a downbeat and underplayed acoustic ballad. Fragile instrumentation and frail, light melodies. But it’s still an enjoyable listen, based on the fact that Sonja’s vocals (oh those vocals!) are on there. Plus, it’s allowed to not be the huge single we want it to be, as it’s all for a good cause – it’s the title track of a new charity compilation album that’s being released to raise money and awareness for sufferers of dementia.
