Robin Bengtsson is BACK with a brand new single. His first since representing his country at the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest, with ‘I Can’t Go On’. Since then he’s been on a summer tour, and recorded some new tunes. And ‘Dark Angel’ is the first of those to be released. Written by Andreas Carlsson, Jimmy Jansson, and Anders Öberg it’s a slight change of direction for him. He takes his trademark funk and soul sounds, and channels them into a more eighties influenced electronic soundscape. The resulting track is a bass driven smash – on which he gets to unleash a more mature (and dare we say sexier?…) vocal.
