She’s back! She is. Sweden’s Nicole Sabouné has been away for a year or so, but returns this week with new single ‘Lifetime’, which got its premiere on Swedish radio last night.
What’s it like? The ethereal meets the tribal and plonks a stonking great chorus over the top of it. We love a bit of drama in our pop songs, and you don’t get much more dramatic than THAT vocal veritably wailing THIS melody.
More to come? Her new album (the follow-up to 2014 debut album ‘Must Exist’) is called ‘MIMAN’, and will be released this autumn. She’s written and produced it herself.
