Sweden’s Kassandra has this week released the music video for her current single ‘Delete’. And it, like the song itself, is LIFE GIVINGLY GOOD. It’s her first single since last February’s also brilliant ‘Run‘ (unless you include her recent cover of ‘Lovefool’ by The Cardigans), and one of our big favourite songs of the year so far. She’s one of Sweden’s brightest new hopes for next level global domination. And ‘Delete’ is the very sound of that very global domination. Kassandra herself says: “Delete is neither political propaganda or a song about breaking-up. It’s a celebration of individualism, creativity and independence of all people’s opinions and ways of being. The song goes out to all the men I once thought I had the privilege of working with but who turned out to be completely uninterested in my brain, vision or sense of self worth. Delete is the ultimate soundtrack for a successful one person after party!”.
