Last June they veritably BURST onto the scene with their own version of The Supremes’ iconic classic ‘You Can’t Hurry Love’ – a cover we put into heavy rotation during the summer of 2022 and beyond. And now, one year later, Swedish duo Ginger Lo are back with the follow-up single – and their first original release – ‘Someone Like You’. Serving as perhaps the proper introduction to their music, the new single is a blissed-out, feel-good tune that demonstrates that the artists are keen to play around with the melodic side of their pop. We *will* be returning to hear more from them. We just hope we don’t have to wait a whole year to do so like this time.
