The new single? Released today. ‘My Tears’ is the first single from Swedish duo For BDK since last year’s debut album ‘For Body Drugs & Kicks’.
What’s it like? An atmospheric, 90s flavoured trip-hop jam. It’s moody and down-tempo, but also manages to be evocative thanks to the intense production which has been tailored towards and wrapped around an equally intense melody. It’s deep trippy shit.
Can we expect more new music from them soon? Hopefully. Although they also previewed another new track of theirs last week called ‘Taste’ – and that was a bit rubbish, in all honesty. ‘My Tears’ is brill though.
What else have they been up to since the release of the debut album? Well Adele from the band featured on this awesome track called ‘People’ late last year.
