What’s this? New music from Danish artist Bathsheba – she’s back with her latest single ‘Something About Her’.
What’s it like? A mid-tempo ballad that makes a big impact on first listen, without even seeming like it’s trying. Not just through her fragile vocal delivery of the song’s rousing melody, but also via the lyric – which tells the story of her head being unexpectedly turned by, and now all thoughts being consumed by, someone of the same sex.
What does Bathsheba say? “I have never been so nervous about sharing a song with you – but I sincerely hope that you will welcome it in. It comes straight from the heart.”
Written by? The artist herself, along with Emil Falk, Kristjan Hansen and Mathilde Clara Nyegaard.
More from Bathsheba? Earlier in the year she released the up-tempo mega-bop ‘Surrender‘.
