It’s that chap from Eurovision! It is! Basim represented Denmark at this year’s contest with ‘Cliche Love Song’. And now he FINALLY follows it up with new single ‘Picture in a Frame’.
Is it another cliche love song? Erm……gosh he walked right into that one really, didn’t he?
Yeah but is it though? ‘Tis a beat driven, r&b flavoured pop ballad with a very pretty piano playing throughout. There’s some very nice melodies going on in here.
Why the long wait between releases? He says he wanted to come up with something very different from his Eurovision hit. And he has. Less Bruno Mars, more Bruno Galaxy. It’s smooth, you see.
