WhoooOOOOooo? Anna of the North AKA Anna Lotterud released her debut single earlier this year, ‘Sway‘.
And this is her follow-up single? Not quite. It’s a free download which she’s gifting to her fans in time for Christmas. On her Facebook page yesterday she said “Thank you so much to everyone for all your support this year. Here’s a little free download we made for you all while we work on our next release“. Very nice.
Why Oslo? ‘Tis the capital city of Anna of the North’s homeland, Norway. The song is about how much she enjoys being there.
And is it any good? It’s really good. Much better than the actual single she released, which we weren’t really fans of. ‘Oslo’ is a chugging electropop gem – the production once the 25 second mark hits is HEAVENLY. Listen/Download via Soundcloud;
