Swedish pop legends Alcazar this week commenced a celebration of their twenty years as a band (more on that right here). And what better way than with the release of a brand new single? ‘In The Name Of Love’. An updated take on the Alcazar sound, that merges their classic disco-pop style with a militant beat and a hefty injection of drums. Almost like a universal call-to-arms to get up and march to the dance floor – like we did all those decades ago when we first heard ‘Crying At The Discotheque’. The song was written by Joy Deb, Linnea Deb, and Isabelle Sikai, and will serve as the official theme for EuroPride 2018. And last night TV4 in Sweden televised their first live performance of it, from Monday night’s QX Gay Gala. Watch below;
