What’s this? Norwegian artist Adelén is back with a brand-new single. ‘Somewhere We Can Talk’.
What does Adelén say? “I was a little nervous about this one, since it’s by far the most personal song I’ve released. While writing in the studio, I was shaking and holding back tears – in the middle of a breakup. I remember I woke up that day, considering cancelling the session because I didn’t think I would manage to control my emotions (I’m a stubborn one that doesn’t like asking for help). There were so many thoughts, and my mind was going non stop – thinking about ONE thing, but from 75,837 perspectives.”
What’s it like? Well she’s managed to channel all of those emotions into precisely the kind of song we want from Adelén – a catchy number with her trademark latin beat, and this time, with all of her heart in the mix as well.
Written by? Adelén herself, along with Magnus Bertelsen, Isabella Sjöstrand and Anton Göransson, who also produced it.
