That very likable girl who represented Denmark at this year’s Eurovision Song Contest with ‘Should’ve Known Better’, went and released her follow-up single yesterday – ‘Come Again (The Quetzal)’. And no, we don’t know what this “The Quetzal” business is all about either.
It all starts off a little disjointed, truth be told. But then along comes the ‘Should’ve Known Better’-esque chorus, and a Le Kid’s ‘Oh My God’-esque post chorus, one that goes “eh, eh, eh-eh-eh” (you know the sort). And then you’re left with a highly enjoyable slice of melodic pop – a bit like her Eurovision entry then. If she keeps this up, then we will most certainly be looking forward to the impending new album.
Soluna has done the decent thing and released this outside of Denmark too. Below is a video of her performing the song on Danish television yesterday.
