Sarah Dawn Finer covering Anouk’s ‘Birds’ is JUST as incredible as you would imagine, as it turns out. And we got to find out for sure this week – as she performed it on Finnish TV show På Resande Not.
What more can we say – a stunning song performed by one of THE best vocalists in, like, the world.
Be warned – the first verse is a bit shaky – through no fault of Sarah’s, but rather an incomprehensibly irritating music accompanist that not only tries to drown her out, but does so in the wrong key too. But they pipe down entirely and stop in time for the chorus. Phew!
