Swedish sister duo Saint Lou Lou have today premiered the video for what’s turned out to be one of the most talked about songs of the summer (in our pop circles, anyway).
We already scribed about the song itself at the beginning of last month. And since then, the single has actually been released (and in the UK too), link below the video. Oh, and they’ve also put out a free download of the Lauer remix.
The vid they’ve made for it is a high brow, cinematic, visually stunning piece of work. Black and white, and all in slow motion it features the girls in an artistic collection of lingering shots. It’s a video that goes along perfectly with the hypnotic and enchanting song (which they themselves describe as “phantasmagorical” – yeah, we get that!). So job well done, to everyone involved – particular the director, film-maker Phillip Tempelman.
What an exciting new pop delight these girls have turned out to be. The mind boggles as to what’s to come after this;
