Swedish producer Sandro Monte has joined forces with Dutch producer Mischa Daniels, and together they’ve come up with a brand new song called ‘Simple Man’. Drop the friend of many a scandipopstar, J-Son into the mix, and altogether you’ve got a sodding great dance track!
Sonically, it’s a spaced out older sibling to Rihanna’s ‘We Found Love’. It’s got a similarly soft verse, simplistically catchy chorus, and plenty of spazzing synths in between the vocal parts. ‘Simple Man’ is also a tad on the euphoric side, production wise at least. And it’s very much got that staple sound of 2011’s dancefloors.
We of course most recently saw J-Son (scandi)pop up on ‘Overtime‘ by Shackles, and most famously with Eric Saade on ‘Hearts In The Air‘. We love that J-Son has adopted such a crafted consistency to his collaborations – and he’s seemingly very much in love with the synth sounds of Scandinavia.
