Markoolio is BACK with a new single.
We first famined our ears upon it yesterday when he performed it on Nyhetsmorgon. We didn’t think much of it, truth be told. It sounded like a bit of a mess in its live arrangement. Although its chorus is most certainly a stubborn one. Much to our annoyance.
Today though, we got to hear the full studio version – as he premiered the video on Aftonbladet’s website this morning. And we must say – even though it’s still no ‘Värsta Schlagern’, it actually did feel pretty good to hear that chorus again. Properly for the first time. We do sort of like Markoolio. And we guess we also sort of appreciate what he’s trying to do here on ‘Borta Bra Men Hemma Bäst’ (There’s No Place Like Home).
*sigh*
Speaking of ‘Värsta Schlagern’, he also performed THAT on Nyhetsmorgon yesterday morning. With a Shirley’s Angel, no less.
