Swedish-American singer Mapei has this week revealed some details about her forthcoming debut album – AND premiered brand new track ‘Believe’.
The album is called ‘Hey Hey’ and comes out on September 23rd. Full tracklisting under the ‘Believe’ audio below. Obvs it contains previous singles ‘Don’t Wait’ and ‘Change’. We LOVE ‘Change’.
‘Believe’ takes things down a notch or two in terms of tempo. It’s a soulful, retro flavoured Motown ballad. One with a delectable chorus – which Mapei sounds better than ever on. Different from what’s come before from her, but despite the change in sound – it’s still very much in the same style as what you’ve heard before from Mapie.
