Måns Zelmerlöw returned with a brand new single on Friday. ‘Beautiful Life’.
He had premiered a shorter version of the song a week earlier on Swedish television, and we gave it a write up which you can read here. Now though, you can listen to the full thing below.
We love it. Just as much as we loved ‘Broken Parts’. We don’t know if it’s us getting older, but we really don’t seem to mind Pop Artists becoming Perceived Serious Artists anymore. Not as much as we used to anyway. Or maybe it’s just that Pop Artists are better at becoming Perceived Serious Artists these days. In any case, Måns has certainly made the transition extremely well. We don’t even miss ‘Cara Mia’. We still love it of course. But we don’t mind that he’s not making songs like that anymore. Not when he’s making songs like this.
Because this is fantastic.
