Hmmmmmm – that title sounds familiar. Yes. Yes it does.
Well that’s because it’s ONLY one of our favourite songs of 2012 so far. Originally by Ditte Marie who basically MADE Denmark’s Melodi Grand Prix with it her version of it this year. We do love this track. A lot. Well now, two other things that we love have chosen to take it on. Namely Man Meadow and SoundFactory.
SoundFactory is on production duties which guarantees at least a certain level of listenability, and Man Meadow are on hand to provide vocals, which ensures the rest. We hope that the two work together on more material in the future also.
Man Meadow’s version of ‘Overflow’ is a lot more club orientated than Ditte Marie’s schlager original. But the final result is still a big ol’ pop fest. And yes – that key change is kept intact.
The Man Meadow chaps kindly responded to our request to be able to stream it for you guys on here with a “yes” and an “of course“.
