The line up for this summer’s ‘Allsang Pa Skansen’ has been announced – and what a stellar line up it is! Every summer the festival takes place every Tuesday for 7 weeks, and each week there is a different line up of acts that perform. The show’s name means ‘Sing Along at Skansen’ (a suburb of Stockholm in Sweden) and each show attracts up to 15,000 audience members and around 2 million television viewers. It’s a good way for current artists to promote their latest album, and for previously retired artists to make a comeback (our favourite!!!). This year, some of the old schlager divas returning include Anne-Lie Ryde, Anna Book, Ann-Louise Hanson, and Lili & Susie.
It’s only broadcast in Sweden, but you should be able to find video clips all over the internet a few days after each event.
