Jenni Vartiainen has gone and released the best track from her recent album, ‘Seili’, as her new single. And as a result, she’s been rewarded with ‘Missä Muruseni On’ shooting to number 1 on the Finnish singles chart last week.
It’s a hauntingly beautiful track. Ghostly and gothic piano melodies turn into thundering musical arrangements, over which Jenni sings in her totally captivating style. It’s the type of song that once it finishes, you can’t help but press play again! We love the fact that it’s sung in Finnish too, as it gives the song an edge, and even more of an atmosphere.
