You may remember this young lady from when we wrote about her gorgeous ‘The Wizard Of Us‘ single back in July. Well now she’s back to follow it up with new single ‘Oracle’. And pleasingly, she’s gone and managed to better what’s come before.
It’s much of the same ilk as ‘The Wizard Of Us’. Earthy folk pop with a Scandipop twist. ‘Oracle’ however, ups the catchiness factor and incorporates an earworm of a chorus for us to enjoy and sing along with – whether we want to or not. It fits in perfectly with a certain sector of the 2013 pop landscape – in a year when ‘Only Teardrops’ wins the Eurovision Song Contest.
Along with ‘The Wizard Of Us’, ‘Oracle’ is the second taster of her forthcoming album ‘Echoes’, which is due out next year.
‘Oracle’ is out on iTunes now, and has been released outside of Iselin’s native Norway too.
