After singing back up for the likes of Darin, Sabina Ddumba, Petra Marklund, and the legend that is Carola, Swedish artist WIDOW now launches as a recording artist in her own right. Debut single ‘Impression’ was released earlier in the summer, and now today she releases the stunning music video for it. It makes an almighty impact on first watch – as much as the track itself did on first listen. A sweeping pop song that builds into a big chorus, it actually wouldn’t sound out of the place on last year’s debut album by the aforementioned Sabina Ddumba. And WIDOW’s soulful vocal is more than a match for the high demands of the production and melody here. An instant keeper, this one!
