On Saturday night, Norway got a winner for the first series of its new TV talent show The Stream. After eight weeks of live shows, in which nine participants competed via Spotify streams and therefore ACTUAL appreciation for their songs by the listening public, ThoseBricks took home the crown over runner-up Ylva Olaisen. The 28 year old – real name Tony Alexander Skjevik – also got to release his winner’s single. It’s ‘Who I Can Be’ – an anthemic, arena-pop ballad that epitomises the classic winner’s single format.
