Norwegian popstar Atle (Pettersen) has actually been going since 2010, when he finished runner-up on the Norwegian X Factor. But we’re doing an ‘Introducing’ post on him because a) we’ve never featured his music on here before, and b) he’s undergone something of a relaunch with a new artist moniker and a new sound. From rock music beginnings he’s now come back with an r&b direction. And he’s moved to LA in a bid to have some success outside of his native Norway. First single ‘Ready To Love’ is a retro stylish funk number that shows off his penchant for a killer falsetto.
