After ‘Survivor’ conquered Sweden (to an extent) and launched the ‘One Life’ album, we now have the next single to be taken from there. It’s the sublime ‘Don’t Hold Back On Love’.
Wonderful choice Ms P! Sok FM in Greece have already started spinning it, and the summer single is going to be given a big performance on the Greek version of The Voice this weekend. So the combination of that and the fact that ‘Don’t Hold Back On Love’ is up there with her bigger career hits in terms of quality and style, should hopefully translate into the song being a massive hit for her over there this summer. We don’t know if a release will follow in the rest of Europe too, although we imagine it would be the next single in Sweden also.
Right now Greece can also hear Helena’s vocals on a new track by Greek hip hop artist Stavento which just came out last week. You can listen to that here.
It’s The Pop that we’re interested in though. And Helena Paparizou has dished out a magnificent serving of the stuff with her new single. This is one of the best thing’s she’s ever put out. Perhaps in the Top 10 of Helena Paparizou songs OF ALL TIME (not including Antique stuff, obvs). It was written by Jimmy Jansson and Micah Wilshire.
