Da Buzz have returned today with brand new single ‘Bring Back The Summer’. Always a pleasure to hear from them two. And all this time later too!
Of course they wanna bring back the summer. All of their biggest hits were summertime smashes, so the season obviously brings back pleasant memories for them. In fact even THIS summer, one of our big summer jams was their previous single ‘The Moment I Found You’, released in May. Proving that they still have it. And they will always have it.
Whereas ‘The Moment I Found You’ sounded like classic Da Buzz – as in that it could have been lifted straight from one of their albums over a decade ago – ‘Bring Back The Summer’ takes that sound and gives it a bit of a 2014 update. An ever so slight update anyway. We wouldn’t want Da Buzz not sounding like Da Buzz. That would be horrendous.
