Danish lass Clara Sofie has just this week released a pretty spiffing record, ‘Husker Du’ (Do You Remember).
It’s got a touch of the ‘Unfinished Symphony’ by Massive Attack about it, and we’re also throwing ‘You’ve Got The Love’ by The Source feat. Candi Staton into the reference pool. We’re sure Clara won’t mind, as that’s quite the compliment. It’s moody, it’s emotional and it’s got a sort of repressed euphoria thing going on. It’s actually quite beautiful. Our ears pricked up within seconds.
