Fans of BWO have been enlightened by news of the group’s forthcoming releases. Their eagerly awaited fourth studio album is going to be called ‘Big Science’ and will be released in early April, after their appearance on Melodifestivalen. Confirmed producers are Alexander Bard himself, Anders Hansson, Henrik Wikstrom, and Mr Star Pilots – Johan Fiellstrom. They’ve promised a 14 track opus (12 new songs and 2 remixes) with a new sound inspired by Duran Duran, The Killers, contemporary electronic pop, classic soul and R&B, and a brand new look strongly influenced by futurism and science fiction!
Their Melodifestivalen entry ‘You’re Not Alone’ will be the first single obviously, and as with ‘Open Door’, they’ll be giving us a ballad version to be entered into the competition, and a disco version to be sent to clubs. The lovely SoundFactory will be on remixing duties, alongside Michael Zitron, Skylab, and Oscar Holter.
There really is nothing like a bit of BWO album news to make the next few months seem a bit more appealing is there?!
