Norwegian singer Annie has once again paired up with Richard X. And not just for one song either – a whole 5 track EP which will be released next month and titled ‘The A&R EP’ (Annie & Richard, ja?).
Popjustice have all of the details on the forthcoming EP. And yesterday, Annie released the lead track ‘Back Together’ online.
It’s a shimmering, 90s student disco number. Piano house churning out electro glam. And with Annie’s sweet-as-ever vocal almost apologetically delivering a commanding topline. Precisely the sort of thing we wanted – and from both of them too.
‘Back Together’ and ‘The A&R EP’ will both be released on August 5th.
