Today, Alex Saidac has released the video for her new single ‘Stay In This Moment‘.
In the few weeks since it’s been out, it’s already become arguably more successful than it’s TUNE of a predecessor, ‘We Shine‘. ‘Stay In This Moment’ has not only been scaling the Swedish iTunes charts, it’s also been put into heavy rotation on Sweden’s biggest national radio station, P3. And that’s something unfortunately all too rare these days for a Swedish act that makes music as purely pop orientated as Alex does.
The features Alex riding in a car with her girlies, on their way to a night time beach party, and very much ‘having it large’. This is interspersed with shots of her singing the song with that above pictured headdress adorning her – which looks quite fab. Although our favourite scene is the one in which Alex marches through the beach party, girls following a few steps behind, and with a (we guess in this day and age) retro boombox perched on her shoulder. It’s a fierce look. And one we will no doubt hopelessly try to emulate at some stage this summer. Would anyone like to audition to be our girls?…..
