Back in December, we delightedly heralded the return of Natasha Thomas to pop music. Such a happy day that was! With new single ‘Alene’ she had gone a bit Medina-esque, leaving behind the cod-Ace of Base sound that she had crafted for herself in the mid noughties when she was last around (although we’re fans of both Natasha eras).
Well now she’s gone and blessed us with a club remix – it’s almost as if she knew, or cared about, the way to our hearts! It’s a hefty portion of piano house with a side of electro. Washed down with that top tunage that exists at the heart of ‘Alene’.
Keep it coming Natasha, we’re liking everything about this new era of yours so far.
