This week, like last year in Sweden, sees Musikhjälpen take place. It’s all organised by national TV and radio broadcasters SVT and Sveriges Radio. And the premise is simple – your favourite artists drop by the studio, perform songs that you want to hear, and you donate money which all goes to charity. What a heartwarmingly wholesome concept – and all to the sound of pop music too!
Today the studio played host to a one Ms Linda Sundblad. She’s graced these very pages many times before, and so her delectable tunes have no doubt played in your ears before now too. Although she did drop a surprise cover into proceedings – she took on the considerable might of Marron 5 & Christina Aguilera’s ‘Moves Like Jagger’.
