Yep, Swedish singer Sophia Somajo (too many ‘S’s in those opening few words?) is releasing a new single under a brand new moniker – Soso.
Sophia had already done her fair share of thrilling us in 2011 with the sublime ‘Wristcutters Inc’ earlier in the year. And new single ‘Who’s Gonna Love Me’ isn’t a million miles away from that thankfully. So despite the change in name, there seemingly hasn’t been an alteration to her style. The beats are a little more industrial than pop, but the vocal and the melody is still very much Sophia Somajo. It’s another startling piece of electropop.
