What’s this? Una Sand is quietly becoming one of Norway’s most reliable artists when it comes to delivering top-tier pop. As further evidenced by her latest single – ‘Somebody Else’.
What’s it like? A slick disco-pop tune with strings aplenty. The object of her affections is in love with somebody else, but she could not sound cooler about it. Proper dance-the-pain-away goals.
What does Una say? “Writing this song gave me so much joy. I hope ‘Somebody Else’ can boost people’s self-esteem, make them dance and just forget about everything else in life for a little while.”
Written by? Una herself, along with Einar Eriksen Kvaløy and Suzana Marie Costa Johansen.
More from Una? Earlier in the year she released the also very excellent ‘Afford My Love‘.
