What’s this? Yesterday morning, John Lundvik popped by Swedish morning TV to perform an acoustic rendition of his Melodifestivalen finalist, ‘My Turn’.
With those vocals?! Indeed. Accompanied by just a piano, he sounded lush. An incredibly beautiful performance that sounded like you were listening to him on record.
Could it win Melodifestivalen? We’d very much like him to. He’s our third favourite finalist after Jessica Andersson and Samir & Viktor. And let’s face it, those two aren’t gonna come out on top once the public vote and international jury votes are combined. We’d be extremely happy with a John Lundvik win. He’d do Sweden very proud performing ‘My Turn’ in Lisbon.
