A new artist moniker in dance music but certainly not a new name (or two). For these chaps are behind some of the biggest Swedish house tracks of the past few years. Salem Al Fakir and Vincent Pontare are Vargas & Lagola. And after writing (and singing on!) hits for the likes of Avicii and Axwell /\ Ingrosso, they’ve just launched their own artist project. ‘As Long As I Have To’ is the brand new single, and it’s the best so far. An epic pop song that’s as suited to the radio airwaves as it is to the dance floors. And thanks to their talent in creating melodies, plus Salem’s very familiar vocal, it’s already sounding like a Swedish house classic.
