We’re in so much love with this delightfully catchy new single from Swedish artist Miq. It’s ‘Ma Mama Said’ – a hyper dancepop track that chants! Sonically, it’s a cross between The Ting Tings and late 90s pop flop Leilani. And at the very least, we’re grateful to Miq for bringing THAT memory flooding back to us. The accompanying video is a nice touch – turning some all too familiar imagery on its head in an effort to remind gents that they really should be mindful of showing a bit more respect to ladies on nights out. But it’s the music that we’re here for, and this song absolutely bangs. It’s a lot of fun.
