What’s it like? It’s a dancepop banger – obviously. But this time fronted by a lady singer (AI AM) delivering a massive top-line. In terms of clubland – ‘Beautiful Alien’ is peak time goodness. And we also like how he’s shoehorned in some sonic references to his two biggest hits too. Why not replicate your own sound, before someone else gets there first? With mid nineties piano house being so in fashion right now, it was only a matter of time before some young whipper-snapper thought up the idea to move forward to the year 2000, and go pillaging through Darude’s back catalogue. Well he’s beaten them to it.
